Five Dobermans entered a liquor store wearing studded collars and what appeared to be custom made saddle bags to fit each dog. Witnesses say that each dog wore unique colors so it was easy to tell them apart. "The one with the red collar was obviously the ring leader." stated bystander Julie Mulroney. "He was also the one who urinated on the pop display on his way out." another witness Cena Davis said. The K-9s were well trained and very disciplined, as they calmly walked through the door as one unsuspecting patron was leaving and actually held the door open for the first dog, who then held it open while the remaining crew followed. That's when, according to witnesses, the "Red Dog" jumped into the counter with a note for the cashier demanding he put all of the money into the saddle bag. Meanwhile the rest of the team, "Blue Dog", "Green Dog", "Yellow Dog" and "Purple Dog" were filling each other's bags with snacks and beef jerky. "Green Dog even took a little girl's HoHo on his way to the door! What an asshole move!" Others agreed, "Yeah man! That sh*t ain't right dawg!" The leader then seemed to stretch his neck out as if he heard something, and jumped from the counter and pushed through the out door. The rest followed. They were last seen piling into a black van which sped off down Madison Pike. "That's not something you see everyday. It's one for the books." It's all the stunned cashier would say.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
