OSHA HAZWOPER 24 & 40 Hour - 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)
The OSHA HAZWOPER classes are required for any personnel who may respond to spills of hazardous materials.
OSHA HAZWOPER REFRESHER - 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(8) & 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(8)
The OSHA HAZWOPER REFRESHER is required annually for all personnel who have been trained under HAZWOPER.
