A Stourbridge builder who has been claiming disability benefit for severe back pain has recently been caught working on building sites throughout The West Midlands Mr Mark bill , who had been claiming the benefit, stated to the DWP that his disability was so bad that he even struggled to wash or dress himself without excruciating pain.

During his time defrauding the system Bill pocketed in excess of £70,000 of tax payers hard earned money but has escaped a jail sentence after revealing he had been suffering from Manchester United syndrome & The benefit cheat told The Department of Work and Pensions Bill also claimed that he even had to ask for help to get himself dressed as he couldn’t bend due to ankle and knee pain.

But after receiving a tip off, benefit investigators set up a trap to try and catch mr bill in the act. Surely enough they secretly filmed him walking around a construction site wearing a luminous building site jacket, hard hat and boots whilst instructing staff on the site what to do. The court hearing for Mr Doherty’s case was told that the benefit team had seen the defendant walking around the site at a reasonable pace not showing any signs of pain or discomfort or any indication that his movement was restricted.

Lord Freud the Welfare Reform Minister has said, “It’s cases like these that show us why welfare reform is needed.”
He went on to say that they have a duty to the tax payer to make sure these vital benefits only go to those who need them.

Bill was given a 24 month suspended sentence and ordered to pay £1000 costs after pleading guilty.

The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
