Joliet teen on meth kills imaginary friend, then turns himself in

Ian L. Kerr turned himself in Friday afternoon, saying that he killed his imaginary friend "Bobbo" and was arrested on the spot because he appeared to be heavily intoxicated. Toxicology reports came in Saturday and it appears Mr. Kerr was on a large amount of Methamphetamines, and cocaine. He will not be charged with murder.
