Erik Sotelo, age 22, is now known as Mr. Saint Erikus Dreadhead Capernicus. Once a lonely man who's father left him as a child to go buy a pack of cigarettes but never came back, Mr. Saint Erikus Dreadhead Capernicus is the patron saint of all "Real Niggas". Many young people "from da block" officially pray to this saint, so that he may give them sick beats for their young ass mix tapes. Trevor McDougall from 26th and Lawndale states "yeah my beats were OK..but after praying to Mr. Saint Erikus Dreadhead Capernicus, my beats became lit real quick fam!" I personally couldn't leave mr. McDougalls studio without purchasing one of his fire ass mix tapes. Now, 49 years old and still "trappin hard, balling harder" from the high end Englewood area, Josh Howard, says that the saint actually protected him from death!
"Yeah fam, so there I was, trapping hard and getting money when next thing I know, I'm heating baby bash being played extra loud! All I did was pull out a picture of Mr. Saint Erikus Dreadhead Capernicus, kissed it and there he was! His dreads fell from his head and caught all the bullets before they hit me! Next thing I know he flew at the shooter and sprinkled lean on them and put them to sleep. I was amazed..I believed" so no matter what religion you are, no matter where your from, who you are, what you is, what block you from, what you claim, we all need a little erik in our lives..maybe, who knows, maybe one day, when you need him the most, he'll save you.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
