Two arrested for shooting death of 21-year-old in Bradenton

Police were called to investigate a shooting near 5627 9th St E, just after 4p.m. on October 25th, 2016. They searched the area and found the body of a man near Manatee springs

Police say the 21-year-old got into an argument with two other people at a facility in the area. Detectives say they found evidence of a shooting by an assault rifle around the facility.

Officers waited outside the home until they saw two cars pull into the parking lot and two people get out. Police say Diter Westerheide and Fernando Ibarra were interviewed and arrested. Evidence found in the facility linked the two as suspects in the shooting.

Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
