After speculation arose earlier this year about 22-Year-Old recording artist, B-Lee, appearing in Austin, TX. For the annual SXSW Music Festival, video footage went viral via twitter showing his appearance in the YouTube based Hip-Hop Cypher "TeamBackPack". From there, the young lyricist's clever wordplay and background story describing a smalltown hero looking to make a name for himself caught the attention of none other than Roc Nation's own, J. Cole. "The talent is there, obviously, but his determination is what really kept my attention. I believe in his words." Cole responded when asked what brought him to discovering the Kentucky prodigy. "He already has the music piled up and ready, I just want to reassure that everything falls in place for him. Whenever he chooses to release, that is." Also confirming that he will be bringing the freshly signed artist on board for his "Dollar And A Dream" Tour, alongside labelmates Bas & Cozz. No word has come up yet explaining B-Lee's whereabouts currently. Insights inform that he also serves in the U.S. Army Reserves, which is needless to say he has more on his plate than just music. Rumors have been confirmed, however. His debut album "YEAR OF THE YOUNGIN" will be released at the top of the year, January 6th 2017. Keep an eye out for B-Lee, as there sure to be more details to come.
