TROY, MI- Andrew Wilson (24) was alone in his home in Somerset North off Coolidge and Wattles late Monday evening "feeding his fish and what not" when a masked woman described by neighbor, Spencer Cox, as "muscular" and "brown-haired", gained access through the victim's side garage door at approximately 1:23AM. The woman cleaned out Andrew's home while he dozed off on the basement couch at around "1:35-1:40AM". Some of the stolen items are: an Xbox One gaming console, a 150-gallon fish tank, Beats By Dre accessories, a golden retriever, and even the victim's new 2015 Buick. When asked about the crime the next day- "I knew I shouldn't have let her sleep over my house every night...", Wilson reported, "...I thought I trusted her, so I gave her the code to my garage door and let her sleep over any time she needed." "her" has been identified as 21 year old Ira Township woman, Adriell Desero. Desero had reportedly been spending the night at the victims house in his bedroom while the victim slept in the basement. This had been going on for months and she has since disappeared after October 24th, the night of the incident. The head of Troy PD's Special Investigations Unit, Chris Stout, has identified Desero as the person of interest in Monday night's crime and has commanded a search unit to find her whereabouts. whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
