Local tattoo artist gices back and makes national headlines

Local Artist makes national headlines last night. Dave Bacon, 33, is a tattoo artist at his studio in navarre ohio. His acts of kindness and CARING for his clients have earned him national esteem. We had a chance to speak with a couple of his clients. Joseph says, "I really like to come into the studio. When I'm in there, it really feels like my problems just melt away. Even if for an hour or two, I enjoy the comfort and calm that surrounds the studio. Makes me feel refreshed after I leave." Another client of his, Amber, who is 30 had this to say, "You can tell he loves his clients like friends and family. He takes special care to see that I am satified with the work I get. The entire experience is refreshing. The things he does for kids is pretty awesome too! Comfort is his primary concern when it comes to his clients. He truly cares about the work he's putting out, and it definitely shows!" we had an opportunity to get into contact with Dave as well. Here are his thoughts, " I don't really know what to say. I love my job. For me, it's an opottunity to make a real difference in the lives of my clients. I just try to make sure I put out the best work in capable of and make sure the experience is top notch. I do love my clients like friends. They keep me going. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be in business." We can agree with his statement. True enthusiasm was showcased from the voice of his clients.     whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

    two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
