ONEIDA (WLUK) -- One month after two people were found dead in their Nashville home, an arrest was made tonight.
The sumner County undersheriff says 21-year-old Alandas Morris, is in jail for the death of james Rike and Tony Harris.
He has not been formally charged. However, murder charges were recommended to the Sumner County District Attorney's Office.
"Since that day, there have been obviously investigative efforts tracking down clues," said Mike Rawls, Sumner County undersheriff.
But there are still plenty of questions surrounding the case.
"The exact details concerning the information that led to the arrest warrant can't be discussed at this point," Reynolds said.
Officials would not comment on whether or not Morris had a connection to the murder but added, "this was not a random stranger type event," Reynolds said.
The Victims were found dead in their duplex last month during a welfare check.
Authorities said the bodies were there for several days.
During that time, police contacted the sheriff to help with the investigation.
"Our personnel with the sheriff's department went up there, secured the crime scene, processed the entire crime scene and began the investigation," Reynolds said.
While investigators had few details about what led them to Morris, officials said they had enough information to arrest him.
Charges could be filed as soon as Monday.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild.
