20 year old Erika Nichols is suspected to have to stolen 40 pieces of chicken nuggets and a large size of french fries after her shift was over at the fast food restaurant McDonalds on 180 W. Adams Street where she has been working for only a week. It was at 3:15 PM where cameras shows her putting chicken nuggets and fries in her backpack without no witnesses and left out of the restaurant at 3:17, only 2 minutes after her quiet little food robbery. Manager Harry Johnson, who's in charge of the McDonalds restaurant had this to say, "It's sad to hear that such a wonderful woman like Erika will do something like this, I don't know why she would do this, I guess she doesn't eat at home or school, because she does go to an art school, but also works here as her part-time job, I want those nuggets and fries back, that's all I have to say, hell she's probably eating them right now as we speak." We also talked with Erika's family, her 20 year old twin sister, Taylor Nichols, and her mother of unknown age, Denise Nichols. Denise had this to say, "Oh it breaks my heart to see my baby cause such a mess like this, I feed her everyday whenever she gets off of work, but best believe I'm a deal with her before the police do". Taylor also had this to say, "I'm not surprised, because Erika always took food when she was hungry, back in grammar school and high school, she would always take my lunch without me noticing, so I'm not surprised". Erika is nowhere to be found at this time, but it's assumed that she's gone into hiding and will never go into another McDonald's restaurant ever again.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
