Linda L. Vinopal, 28, Warren, is being charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver; criminal use of communication facility; intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered; and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to report documents, on October 23rd at approximately 12 p.m., a confidential informant, Renee Steele, supervised by state police made contact with Vinopal to purchase bath salts. Police said the informant was provided $100 in confidential funds to make the purchase and returned with a plastic bag corner of bath salts.

Police said the recovered drugs were submitted for analysis at the PSP Erie Regional lab and were found to be .2 grams of Alpha PVP.

Police said on the same day at 12:50 p.m., a confidential informant, Renee Steele, supervised by state police made a controlled purchase of methamphetamine for $100 from Vinopal, also.

Accoring to the affidavit, the recovered drugs were sent to the lab and were found to be .41 grams of meth.

Charges were filed against Vinopal through District Judge Laura Bauer's office on Wednesday.

Vinopal has been unable to be located to receive her current charges and is believed to be avoiding police for her arrest warrant. If anyone has seen Vinopal please contact your local police immediately.
