Manager of Asda of Strabane co. Tyrone Michael Hendly has turned to Police to track down two teenagers who vandalised the shop late last night

Michael Hendly (Night manager) says:

"The two boys came in approximately at eleven o'clock last night on a shopping trolley. One boy wore a black bomber type jacket, blue denim tight jeans, had dark brown/black hair and he was at least 6ft, he was steering the trolley.

The other boy wore a grey hoody, dark blue jeans, had dark brown hair and he was sitting in the trolley. The boys entered casually acting as if they were genuine shoppers. As they got further down the shop the boy steering started to move the trolley faster. Then, both boys starting shouting "Anarchy" and "Strabane-archy" the boys then begun to socialise with the other customers and ask them where certain items were. When I was called by another staff member the boys had filled their trolley with different brands of margarine and butter and then went off to look for Durex condoms. I had then shouted to the boys "Hey, get out of here" the boys didn't listen so I threatened to phone police. The boy steering ran towards me screaming and had knocked over products and then knocked over a stacked cardboard shelf of dvds. Both boys then ran on out into the carpark and the boy steering disappeared while the other came back and apologised to me and members of staff".

Michael then says:

"I know both boys would not of done that reckless behaviour if they were sober, it was clear they were highly intoxicated celebrating Hallowe'en so I will not press charges against them but, I want both boys to be tracked so they can pay a £10 fine for damaging products and give me a sincere apology".

Michael has given over CCTV footage of last nights carnage

If anyone knows these people please contact the Strabane Police station.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
