"I can't believe this is happening to me" says Judith Roswell of Smyrna, Tn.

Judith posted an add on the local Craigslist looking for a caretaker for her 2 children, Matthew 3 and Margie 1. "I had great hopes to find the right home to look after my darling angels while I was out of town" days Judith while tears poured down her cheeks.

After many responses she settled on a couple named Cynthia aged 73 and Johnny Hix aged 102. In the household is also 2 children - Landon age 18 and Ashley age 12.

After signing the contract, Judith received disturbing emails from the family threatening to abuse the children, such as not allowing them to eat, and not letting Matthew, who is bipolar, bite them in the crotch. "How can people be so cruel?" Cries Judith and her husband Pablo.

Judith then goes on to describe that the family seemed slow in the head, truly mentally handicap. She worried her intelligent Matthew will end up having to make the decisions in the Hix household. "It seems to me", says Judith, "that at only 3 years old, my son's mental smarts are greater than anyone there, especially Cynthias. I fear they will put too much pressure on Matthew, that they will expect him to get them out of debt, cook their meals and even go to work as a model to fund their smoking habits."

Tennessee citizens are outraged that Landon and Johnny Hix have contacted modeling agencies for Matthew to model in. "I know my son is beautiful but his beauty should not be shared with the world at this age. I don't know who these people think they are!!!"

On November the 15th, the Roswells will be taking their case to the Supreme Court in Woodbury Tennessee. The court system in Woodbury is considered the most advanced in the entire country, with state of the art equipment and a brand new building. Tourists come from all over, including Japan and Germany, to take photos of the breathtaking views in Woodbury tn.

Officer Goodsnatch, of the Smithville Law Enforcement Agency, says he's deeply offended and disappointed in the Hix household. He says the community has suffered a great embarrassment at the hands of these people and that he hopes the town can recover.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
