Witnesses described seeing glyn jones , 'pulling his pants down and swinging on a street sign' before the shocking incident
He has pleaded guilty to public indecency for attempting to copulate with a blue Toyota parked on a street in Rhyl, North Wales.
Court records say Jones was arrested in August after police confronted him while wearing gym shorts and shoes.
Unsurprisingly, he "appeared under the influence of some type of narcotic".
Police believe this contributed to him putting his penis “in the front grill of the Toyota and began humping it as if he was having sex with the car.
Jones communed with the car “for a while” before passing out in a nearby garden, witness Alice Smart told police.
Investigators laid charges of misdemeanour public indecency.
And in a deal with prosecutors, he pleaded to one count, while the other was withdrawn, according to Magistrate's Court records.
Jones was sentenced to 30 days in jail, though term was suspended.
While he was ordered to pay £325 in court costs, the payment of that fine was also suspended.
He will, however, spend a year on community control and must undergo mental health counselling if required by probation officers.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild.
