On Tuesday night last, November 1st, a Mallow man was arrested by Gardaí in Dublin for an alleged act of sexual offence in the 3rd degree. Patrick Herlihy (22, pictured), had to be restrained by a team of 3 stewards, 2 Garda and 1 Bean Garda at a concert in Dublin's 3 Arena located in the Docklands of the capital.
Onlookers stood in horror as the final-year student teacher proceeded to carry out sexually offensive acts which shocked and appalled the fellow audience members (many of which were young girls) at the recent Justin Bieber Concert.
Herlihy was understood to be in attendance with a friend, also 22, from Mallow (who cannot be named due to an incident involving the Gardaí the previous week).
An eye witness said in a statement to the authorities:
"It was a horrendous thing to see. I brought my daughter to the concert as her 15th birthday present - but her night was ruined by the ludicrous behaviour of this young male, whom had no place at a Justin Bieber concert"
The same woman continued to describe the events that unfolded in the concert arena:
"Myself and my husband had noticed early on in the night how drunk Herlihy was (given the concert begun at half past 6, this was worrying).....I noticed him sweating profusely as soon as Justin walked onto the stage. It also became apparent that the young man had a rather noticeable erection. This alarmed my husband and I and prompted us to flag down a steward and request a change of seating."
In the few minutes that the eye witness was waiting on the arrival of the steward, it appeared that Herlihy's behaviour spun completely out of control. He began to demonstrate sexually provocative behaviour, in a desperate attempt to get the attention of Chart-Sensation Bieber, who was trying to concentrate on executing his difficult routine in front of a sold out arena.
Herlihy was said to have been spinning his mickey at the popstar, shouting rather rude sexual comments. "I'm not a homophobic person", said the eyewitness, "but the language coming out of the man's mouth was scarring - it was clear that he had a deep sexual obsession with Justin Bieber". "As soon a s the song 'Love Yourself' came on, Herlihy ejaculated all over our daughter, before the Gardaí and stewards rushed to restrain him."
Herlihy will appear in front of a jury of 12 in the Dublin Criminal Court next week, on Friday November 11th where his fate will be decided. Mr. Bieber has expressed his outrage at the incident, and has sent the poor cum-laden teenage girl tickets to see him playing in his native Canada.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
