After numerous claims of supernatural sightings at the Bowls General Store on Station Terrace in Penyrheol, Caerphilly we sent our reporter to take a closer look. Martin Reynolds reports:
"As I first arrived at the very small and shoddy looking store I noticed nothing unusual apart from the gut-wrenching smell of death that was so bad that I had to cross to the other side of the road in order to take some snap-shots. After just over a hour and as I had expected there was no visual signs of any paranormal activity at the premises. I decided to ask a couple of locals about the apparent sightings for which they all assured me that it was indeed genuine. One young male that wished to remain anonymous claimed that he had actually seen an apparition appearing in the upstairs window on numerous occasions whilst walking past the store. Although he was quite certain as to what he had seen he did state that it could all have something to do with the Gentleman that previously owned the store as he stated that the previous owner named Tony was into all kinds of strange and secretive shenanigans and often had many weird people frequent the property".
"After taking a few more snap-shots I returned to the studio to develop the negatives, it was then that I could clearly see an image of what appears to be a naked Female standing at the window, which as I stated earlier was not there when I looked at the window whilst taking the snap-shots".
We sent the negatives for further examination where they were confirmed to be genuine and not victims of double exposure which can sometimes happen when two moving images enter the lens at precisely the same time.
Does this prove that ghosts do live amongst us?

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
