Tensions run high in Missouri as the shooting death of Mike Brown and- the Soros backed- BLM mark their one year anniversary in the streets of Ferguson.

As hundreds of protesters take to the streets unwelcome visitors are stirring up discomfort and provoking the crowd.
It's not the militarized police force that's there, nor is it the DOJ agents or Feds who are also onsight.

Jeepers creepers, it's the Oath Keepers.

The Oath Keepers are an anti government militia made up of former armed service members, officers, paramedics, etc. who have taken an oath to uphold and defend the united states constitution. [https://www.oathkeepers.org]
Most who have taken these Oaths have even agreed to part with their lives in defence of the constitution and of the people of the United States of America. For these men and women there is no cost too great to pay for our freedom and constitutional rights, even if they are in variance with their personal views.

The scent of indignation is ripe in the viscid august air as the reason for the Oath Keepers presence is unclear to all parties including the St. Louis PD.

The theory amongst protesters is that the militia group has been brought in to increase police presence and intimidate the attendees. The Oath Keepers claim that they are in Ferguson to defend the constitutional rights of those protesting.

Either way you slice it, neither the police or the protesters appreciate their help. Crowds claim that the haevily armed modern day A-team are causing more harm than good by distracting from the crux of the protests, which is to spotlight police brutality and the unjust slaying of an unarmed black teen.
Meanwhile the attention the Oath Keepers is getting from the national spectrum has more to do with who they are and less to do with why they are there.

The hopes of the those attending the anniversary and march are to keep the atmosphere peaceful and focused on getting justice for the needless death of yet another black, teenage boy in america.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
