13 year-old Danielle Bregoli, made famous for her outrageous behaviour and language on The Dr. Phil Show, was fined $1000 by The Los Angeles Police Department after throwing a frisbee at a local beach over the weekend.

The young teen was out in Malibu with a couple friends and her mom Barbara Ann, swimming and relaxing on the beach. The group of teenagers then decided to play with a frisbee, only to be approached by a sheriff not long after and being handed a fine. Police say it is at this point when the group became "loud, vulgar and disrespectful" and "caused a scene to involve other beach goers". "They were being extremely rude with our fellow officer.", said LAPD sheriff Moe Noe. "Based on Mrs. Bregoli's online presence, we knew this situation wasn't going to be easy. We just didn't expect it to be this difficult", he added.

The law in question, built in 1974, states : "You may only throw a frisbee at the beach in Los Angeles County, CA with the lifeguard’s permission.", which according to witnesses, were not met by Danielle and her party.

Danielle expressed her anger on social media about her fine, writing on twitter: "Dumb cops in LA bruhh... buncha ho*s aint got nottin on me!!!!! U gawt it comin 4 U bruhh! leav me n my fisbee alone bawd!!! Yall jelly". Her mother also spoke out about the issue, writing on her blog (www.hoodmamabarbara.com): "This is absolutely ridiculous. They just want my daughter and I in jail. I feel this act was targeted and am planning to take these horrific human beings to court. They haven't seen the last of us yet."

A court date has not yet been determined. The Bregoli duo is now back home in Boynton Beach, Florida after taping her next appearance on the Dr. Phil Show, set to air in mid-March.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
