An Agawam man in his late 30s was apprehended by wife's husband who happens to be off duty police officer in their home. The man 38 year old Lito Ortiz broke into the couple's home on 2400 block of Manchester Rd in Agawam,MA and rampaged the couple's home. What the suspect didn't know was that the man of the residence was a police officer who happen to be coming home with his wife Annibal. As the couple pull in their driveway they noticed the window screen pushed in. So officer Matthew decided to look on his Iphone home security app. since there was wireless security cameras setup in the couple's home. To his astonishment, officer Matthew observed the suspect Lito Ortiz sniffing his wife's panties in the laundry room. The suspect then decided to wear multiple panties at once and then he wore his sweatpants. As the suspect was walking out, twelve year veteran officer Matthew was waiting on him with his service weapon drawned out and pointing at suspect. The suspect quickly dropped to his knees pleading not to shoot. As officers arrived on the scene they noticed the suspects face from multiple home security cameras. And when Sargent Lopez looked at his partner Rick they knew they nabbed the infamous Agawam panty sniffer. The suspects lawyer Joseph Rosenberg has recently stated that his client has an obsession for dirty panties and is seeking medical treatment. Fox news reached out to the suspects brother Luis but Luis declined to comment. He just shook his head in embarrassment and disbelief. Now with the panty sniffer in custody, Mayor Schumbag urged residents of Agawam that it's ok. They can sleep peacefully and know that their panties will be safe.
