24 year-old Lionel Culpepper (aka C-4) has been wanted since Friday February 24th for distributing combustible hazardous Mixtapes. Over 55 complaints have been filed in the last 48 hours (approx 1.2 calls a hour) with the last one leading to an arrest. Culpepper was found in The Puritan and Wyoming area around 730pm with more of the combustible contraband in his passenger seat on display. When asked about why he would do such a thing to so many supporters he responded with
" I had no idea they would explode!! I told people they would be fire thought and that they should play 4 tracks at a time, turn off the radio and repeat. Free the real keep the rest!! "

When asked about information on the other individuals featured on the mixtape Culpepper continued,

" you think I'm bouta waste my opportunity to be a real nigga! Yeah I know all they info but them my guys, why bring the whole team down because I got caught, if I tell on them who gone put money on my books or bail me out!"

Detroit police department officer John Pigskin was the arresting officer and he was baffled with the case.

" I've never seen any thing like this, I could literally light my cigarette with his mixtape!"

Culpepper (Livin Lavish CEO) is held in police custody and will see a judge at 9am Monday February 27th

    whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

    two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
