The scientists in the Nevada Brain and Synapsis institute discovered a stunning connection between sensory deprivation and 85 of headaches. “It is a well-known fact that sensory deprivation can be used as a torture. Yet, we are constantly lacking stimulus in our daily lives” says Rd. Heimlich, author of the research. “Whenever we come into any room we constantly see the same picture. There are some chairs sitting on the floor, the light is fixed to the ceiling, and the table is positioned near the chairs. Our brain just has nothing to process and the excess energy resulting from the lack of incoming stimuli manifests itself as a headache.”

And famous Norwegian architect Bob Bauer quickly worked on a solution to this problem. Bauer explains: “When I read the research paper, everything suddenly made perfect sense. I knew I had to do something. Lately we (as a humanity) have been so open to gender diversity, women rights, and other new crazy ideas, and yet, after so many years, we still put our chairs on the floor. It’s just a habit, and we need to change it. Otherwise our brain suffers.” Bauer developed a new concept he now offers to every customer. Also thanks to the amazing work of the famous Adam R?ži?ka (www.adamruzicka.cz) and his visualizations the idea quickly caught on and is very popular, especially in Norway, and England.

“I call it the headache room”, Bauer Elaborates. “One room that is not subject to silly habits...” Marlene Dietrich (a house owner) was so awestruck by the idea, that she decorated a whole house in this style, not just one room.

We asked Marlene about her experience: “I would recommend it to everyone. You know, as all new things, it takes time to get used to it. In the first week I accidently stepped seven times on my mother’s picture that is now nailed to the floor. I can no longer sit properly at my desk that is on the ceiling, but it was just a habit. Getting used to the bathroom was probably the most challenging, but after few months it feels completely natural. And all my headaches are gone”.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
