Huge Chicken Terrorizes Local Town

The tiny town of Dellroy Ohio has been set upon by a super sized chicken that has residents cowering in fear. The terror began just days ago when local resident Billy Reed's truck was overturned after impacting the bird on Rt. 542. Reed was not hurt in the incident. Since then several sightings have occurred in the general area and locals are now seen to be armed with everything from rolled newspapers to rifles. Local chef Vic Powers vows to bring the feathered fiend to the frying pan for a community diner, while still others accuse Powers himself for creating the mutated bird while conducting rouge genetic testing in an effort to create a 6 winged chicken. Local Deputy Sheriff Calvin Graham has mounted a turret on top of his cruiser complete with a flame thrower in a effort to keep citizens safe. Jim West and Doug Tinlin have gone missing after last being seen trying to herd the animal into a giant vat of cooking oil. Oddly, Tinlin's demo derby has also gone missing creating an eerie series of events at the county fair in Carrollton Sunday evening. Demo derby driver Randy Swanson abandoned his efforts to win the pro mod class after claiming he was pecked in the drivers door by whoever...or whatever...was driving Tinlin's car. Later, all the show chickens were set free creating a panic on the midway as thousands sought to flee the fury of the freshly freed fryers. Authorities warn residents to remain indoors until further notice.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
