A leader of one of Hertfordshires most feared gangs is facing a lengthy prison sentence today.
Pablo Gbajumo - Mazano 19 of the notorious Diamond Boys, was caught with guns and drugs when police searched his car.
The haul included a Mac 10 sub-machine gun, three handguns, two silencers, 379 rounds of ammunition, 60,000 fake ecstacy pills and thousands of pounds worth of cocaine.
Hertfordshire's specialist antigang task force, Operation Hamrow, who searched the car on July 17 last year after a tip-off, also found 62 hollow-point bullets which are designed to explode on impact to cause maximum damage to the victim.
A police source said: "Granderson was the top dog, the high level criminal we had been looking for. When we realised we'd got him, we were overjoyed.
"This is a highly dangerous individual who had to be taken off the streets.
He was also found guilty of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply.
He was due to be sentenced at Inner Hertfordshire Crown Court today and prosecutors said they are hoping for a "substantial" jail term.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow.
