Rebecca Vick has been taking life by the horns lately! Her husband stated in an exclusive interview on Thursday, "I have never seen her so out of control! She goes above and beyond what I have ever known to bring a smile to peoples faces. Just today, she woke up early, drove to town, and changed all of the church signs to read 'Better to root for Auburn than to all burn'. She went soon after and bought all of the Krispy Kreme donuts in the county and handed them out at the traffic light in Berry with coffee that she perked right from the bed of the truck. As each person too their coffee and donuts delightfully, she assured them that Auburn would beat Alabama this year, let out a huge 'WAR EAGLE', and wished them all a very blessed day." Her friend Kristy said through a phone interview, "Lynn (what her friends call her) has always been the biggest Auburn fan I know but she was afraid what her family would think about her if she come out of the closet. I am totally shocked she gave away donuts and coffee! She generally hoards the donuts in her spare room and always drinks every drop of coffee there is before allowing anyone to get a cup. She must be out of control!!! I think it is time that her family packed her up and moved them all back down here before she does what she did that one time at band camp!" Most of Rebecca's family agrees with Kristy and is seriously considering that option.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
