Kim Seokjin, from the famous band BTS, is going to leave the band in 2018, BigHit Entertainment says. For a while now, the famous star has been shunted from the spotlight, and all his lines have gone to the younger members. Apparently now, he's had enough, and will be instead joining a rookie group named "IBOP"

"I've had enough from the staff and managers," Seokjin allegedly says. "I'm not a rapper, I'm not a singer, I'm not a dancer. I'm [just] a pretty face amongst a thousand [others]. I'm nothing important."

Apparently, the rookie group IBOP is debuting next year, 2018, the same year Seokjin is leaving BTS. Already, BigHit has agreed to this deal. IBOP consists of currently four other members: Kim Yangseun, Kang Shihyun, Lee Junhyung, Park Minho, and Li Wahyun. The group is equally split between singers and rappers, and KTV Entertainment has agreed to give everyone from IBOP equal screentime, though of course, Seokjin is still the visual of this new rookie group.

Reporters say they are looking forwards for IBOP's debut, their debut song being "Pink Blossoms." Jin admits: "I'm not sure [this] song is as good as the ones I was [in] with BTS, but I have more lines in 'Pink Blossom'. I think I might even rap a bit in the song."

Though no one knows for sure the exact date Kim Seokjin will be debuting, though he is now known as Seok instead of Jin, his stage name with BTS, we do know that if Jin is happy with his new group, IBOP, then there will surely be better and better songs turned out by this perhaps newly successful rookie group.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
