Rouge's Panties fall to Net Neutrality

Zora McVsanderslootvic, known by her alias "Rouge," is a proud supporter of freedom of expression for all. Lately, however, net neutrality has affected a part of her where one would least expect - her panties. Donald Trump released an executive order this week stating net neutrality, which many have tried to halt, will no longer affect the online world, but will have jurisdiction over undergarments, with Russian women being the most affected.
"It's a travesty," said Rouge. "My panties aren't for all men anymore."
This law dictates how many fetishes and uses for which Rouge can involve her panties. Before, it was unlimited, but now she will be forced to choose between different package deals.
Option A allows for scat, urination, and vaginal insertion. Option B allows for urination, face sitting, and facial farting. There's no word yet on which option Rouge will pick, but she is looking at her options.
"I'm just upset our freedoms are being taken from us," said Rouge. "I came her to America to have more freedom, and a better life for family, and now the government is telling me what I can and can't do with my own panties."
Trump has yet to comment.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
