Beth McCann Denver's district attorney states " we believe we found the missing pieces to the puzzle." James Peterson 35 yr old known 211 crew gang member met with district attorney Beth McCann, and filled in the pieces missing on the Tom Clemmens murder which took place on March 17, 2014 in the privacy of his home residents in Monument. Investigators searched the wooded area surrounding the home of Tom Clements, executive director of the Colorado Dept. of Corrections on Colonial Park Dr. east of Monument.
El Paso County Sheriff's deputies Larry Murphy, and Sean Ives taped off the 17400 block of Colonial Park Drive, where state prisons chief Tom Clements was shot and killed. Sean Ives stated "The best information we get usually comes from gang members who have fallouts within they're own gang and agree to trade information for lienancy."
Tom Clements, 58, executive director of the Colorado Department of Corrections, died at his home on the 17400 block of Colonial Park Drive.His wife, Lisa, told a 911 dispatcher that someone rang the doorbell and then shot her husband in the chest, according to a dispatcher’s recording Peterson Has pending federal charges related to several bank robberies stemming across the Denver metro area and agreed to give us information needed, in turn for lienancy on his federal charges. Beth McCann stated " with something this big we need to show trust so we had Doc transfer him to a minimum security facility as he requested so we could Insure his safety." They stated this is an ongoing case that is getting closer to solving everyday.

The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
