The constitutionality of Northernland will remain unchanged after 76 of citizens voted not to approve of the Citizenship Accessibility Act, which would have restricted the power of the Prime Minister to approve citizenship for immigrants and migrants. Additionally, only 230 out of the 723 members of the Spencer and Windsor Parliamentary System voted against passing the bill, effectively killing any chance of a constitutional change in the near future.
The Prime Minister's Court and Sovereign the ministerial body charged with advising, guiding and warning the Prime Minister on the constitutionality of law was delighted with the results, saying that Northerners voted in favor of tradition and upholding our far left views and values.
However, some Northerners are deeply disappointed in the vote, one citizen of the city of West Liverpool Shelly Tallman said that she was horrified that Northerners are becoming more conservative and voted against a bill which would have put power back in hands of the people. The Prime Minister has too much power I feel, we need to give that power back to the people she said.
Others, like Douglas Rosin of the town of Winslet however feel that Northerners are very far left, but have their limits, saying that our Royal Charter does a very good balance of allowing democracy, far left views and classical English law all mixed together.
Some Prime Ministers for example like Joesph Mikron were very open about immigration approving as many as 3 million citizens in one year for citizenship, even though the Prime Minister's Court and Sovereign advised against it.
Ultimately, the Prime Minister has to follow the laws of the Nationalization and Liberation Act of 1989, which places most primary decisions with the Royal Ministry of Colonization and Services.
The bill was really a waste of time, said MP James Roberts, because the Nationalization and Liberation Act already has a very tight system of determining- citizenship, the Prime Minister simply gives Royal Assent, he said.
Whatever the feelings of the country, Northernland society will have to question just how far left they really willing to go in the 21st century.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
