Well, it was a week full of upsets it would seem. An ugly, ugly week for the Celtics, but they will come back next week, I guarantee it.

We started off Sunday with a great matchup between the Raptors and Cavaliers. Apparently, league Rage Monster, Ivaylo, was not pleased about the mention of his long lost love Gabrie in last weeks edition. I reached out to Gabrie on Instagram, and asked her if she’d like to come watch her hubby bear play. She could not however, saying, “you need a >3.3” meat stick to get with this”. Sorry Ivaylo, no dice. I tried my best. Anyhoo, back to the subject matter. Raptors were eating the Cavs alive, but proceeded to choke as the game went on. Cavs take the W.

Our second game was literal shit. The previously undefeated Celtics took on the overly physical Bulls team. The Celtics were shafted on the boards in this one, as the Bulls shot 80 from the arc. Celtics lose by 4, yikes.

Another upset followed the Celtics, as the Trailblazers fell to the poop Nuggets. I didn’t see this game, but I would have to guess it was possibly the worst game of basketball ever played in the history of mankind. Don’t know how the Blazers gave this one up, but I’m sure they’ll get it together with the playoffs coming up. Nuggets win.

After that one, the Wizards hosted the Kings, who decided to actually show up this week. You can all guess the outcome. Wizards dominate.

Jazz vs Suns. Yawn. Jazz win, but they are still a group of bedwetters.

Our final game of the day showcased the Pelicans and Timberwolves. Most everything has been downhill since the Pelicans big upset over the Raptors, as they took in their 3rd consecutive loss. Kevin Corcoran played hero in this one, leading the T-Wolves to their 4th win.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
