Lets face it, you would rather shop from the comfort of your home then tackle the leisurely lines and overpriced goods from in person stores, but what does this mean for those business? Will US shoppers become couch potatoes from doing all their shopping online and having these goods shipped to their door? These are the questions we now face in today's high-tech world. Online shopping has completely eliminated the need for in person stores, by 2025 it's believed that all discount stores will be moved to an online market or file for bankruptcy. Recently, Toys “R” Us declared closure of all US stores. CNN states in an article recently written about the closure, “Toys "R" Us also lost sales to online rivals such as Amazon that offered lower prices and quick shipping.”. The falling company has been struggling from the online market for quite some time, as it's incredibly competitive and accessible to buyers. Toys “R” Us which stayed a thriving and profiting company for over 70 years is closing their doors, this is our first warning to a falling market, and a consumers first warning to avoid paying more for commodities that are substantially cheaper online. The market will learn to shape around the demand, currently that demand is affordable, accessible, and wait-less, the online market caters to all three at extreme efficiency.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
