LLAMA HAPPY DAY have today issued a club statement about the playing squad this season. Last season the LLAMAS had a late promotion bid end up successful thanks to the return of the “messiah” James Stevenson. This season hasn’t gone so well with 2 defeats and only James himself turning up for training. James was asked many questions in a press interview today. “Well what can I say the other players are busy with another challenge in their life, is it frustrating yes but we have to roll our heads and get on with it, the llamas will be working hard to bring in new talent for our game tonight so we can actually compete. “These were the exact reasons why I left this club in the first place but elsewhere the fortnite craze was even worse so I’ve came back home with new intentions of still saving our dream!”. Since returning only Nathan has actually played within the team alongside James. “My thoughts on this are some players no longer are in love with the beautiful game anymore, they have other priorities perhaps they wanna start a family, get a real job or build a fort in fortnite”. Either way if they ever do come back they’ll be way down the pecking order now. This statement is for the future, if you know anyone who can kick a ball straight and pass to Stevo give us a go and come to our open trial. We still want to live our dream, the llama dream!.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
