The Hereford council has come to the descion to end production and distribution of all makes and brands of chocolate Easter eggs in the county of Herefordshire beginning March-April of 2019. After several years of reasearch into this issue , the council discovered that the average person spends aproxamietly £30.7 pounds on Easter eggs. Combine this with the fact that there are 65,000 people in Herefordshire , and you will soon seen that as a county we spend over 2 million pounds just on Easter eggs. A recent Cambridge university survey found that out of all public celebrations ( excluding Christmas) Easter was the most highly invested in .Hereford council has decided to take an extra tax of approximately £30 per year off of anyone with a annual wage of above £40,000 . This money will then be used to improve Hospital facilities and road problems which have been mentioned by citizens before .Easter eggs distribution in Hereford will then be stopped ( so that the government can use the money for better causes ) . But don’t fret , you can still purchase Easter eggs from other cities such as Ledbury or Worcestershire just not in Hereford. Simon Davies who is the Vice President of the Herefordshire council said this “ I believe us as citizens and as a county spend to much on unnecessary items which the council must pay tax on , but yet have the guts to complain about hospital facilities or roadwork difficulties... It’s simply ridiculous!”
His coworker , Ella said this “ I know we must be the first city in the uk taking such drastic measures and limiting certain companies’ audience but desperate times call for desperate measures . We don’t have the money to fix every problem in our city so we must improvise. We are planning on rebuilding Hampton park road (as well as a couple others) as this has been one of our main sources of complaints. I am sure that some time in the future other cities will have to resort to limiting what people can spend money and what the council has to spend tax on ! “
So it hasn’t been made official yet but the council say that unless there is a ‘miracle’ then these measures will have to be taken. Enjoy your Easter Eggs this year , they may be your last in a while.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
