As many of you know, new homeowner Kay Parkins-Bellini Nguyen recently purchased a new home and plenty of acres (10,000 to be exact). Just to recap, neighbors on Anchors Bend Lane have been extremely impatient and upset with the process of Kay’s home. Kay has felt that she is going about the construction of her home the correct way.

It has been revealed to us that Kay will be utilizing the 10,000 acres of land for a Divine 9 Greek Village. Known for starting at the historical Howard University. There will be a seperate and individual home for - Alpha Phi Alpha, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Kappa Alpha Psi, Omega Psi Phi, Kay’s Favorite Delta Sigma Theta, Phi Beta Sigma, Zeta Phi Beta, Sigma Gamma Rho, And Iota Phi Theta. Kay’s home will be used as the D9GV Headquarters when she is not in town.

This recent news sure set a flame under neighbor Mary Sue Blackman, she says “It is quite apparent, obnoxious and absolutely absurd that this tyrant is allowed to build a party ground in our residental neighborhood. This was once a quiet and peaceful area before that woman came along with her hurd of children and personal staff and let’s not speak about the staff!! They come outside all types of night walking up and down the street talking very loudly on their cell phones, smoking cigarettes and smoking that devils lettuce. They drive these horribly decorated automobiles with these huge tires and awfully loud music. It’s ludicrous!!” Visibly upset, shaking and on the verge of tears, Mrs. Blackman’s husband had to escort her away.

Kay is apparently agitating this neighborhood and the residents and they are beyond frustrated because there’s nothing they can do about it. It is said that all of the homes may not fit on the lot Kay has, HOWEVER Kay is prepared to put down the 100 million on the property if need be. We have inserted a picture below of how all the homes will be modeled. This is a developing story...

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
