If you haven't been living under a rock, you probably heard about the big lawsuit against the top record label Universal Music. Anjelica Avila, 20, has claimed the company and her manager for falsely giving up her unreleased songs to fellow artists and emotionally abusing her. At the same time, her manager is pressing charges and suing Anjelica for assault and defamation of character.

In her statement on social media, the young Producer, Youtuber, and Creator told everyone, "I tried to keep this professional and not lash out but when you've been controlled for two years, it takes a toll on you. I publicly admit that I did not handle it in the best way and that there were other actions I could've taken instead of violence...."

So what went down? No one knows exactly. But here are some things that have been confirmed:

1.) Anjelica has been arrested during the lawsuit and is now on probation until further notice.
2.) Both women have been seen with injuries to the face and body.
3.) The witness list is INSANE (we'll come back to that)
4.) Everyone, including the witnesses, is banned from social media until the trial is over.

Though little is known, we do understand how serious this is. Rumors do have the potential of hurting either party, so the lawyers have addressed that no major "exposing" accounts (MessyMonday, YoutubeShadeRooms,...) can post anything that could be harmful to the trial. If the judge and court allow it, they can indeed use rumors as evidence. But at the end, it all comes down to the witnesses.

I know what you're thinking, who is on the witness list? It may just surprise you, but if you haven't seen your fave active lately, then you probably already knew. Here is the unconfirmed list of witnesses and the people their testifying for:

Loren Gray (UM)
Blair Dreelan (UM)
Harvey Cantwell (AA)
Zach Clayton (AA)
Jonah Marais (UM)
Ariel Martin (AA)
Andy Fowler (UM)
Brooklyn Wyatt Gibson (AA)
Sophia Mitchell (UM)
Mark Thomas (AA)
Luna Blaise (AA)
Lexi Jayde (UM)

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
