Graham Burke of Shamrock Rovers is set for a move to Melwood as Klopps side looks to strengthen after there Champions League 3-1 defeat to Real Madrid.

Burke was back in the green and white of Shamrock Rovers on Tuesday night and had a hand in two goals in a 3-0 home win over St Patrick’s Athletic.

That it came just over 48 hours after his run-out for Ireland meant Bradley was glad to be able to take him off after 65 minutes.

Because Burke had enjoyed a busy weekend, his cameo for an Ireland XI against Celtic in Scott Brown’s testimonial meant he had played 119 minutes for club and country in the space of 20 hours after facing Sligo Rovers on Saturday night.

However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
