the coach put her on a strengthening program for her butt, hamstrings and 'core' to improve her squat, but it really paid-off for her bench press.
"there wasn't any mind-muscle connection. i would always whine, 'coach! i don't have a posterior chain!' and then i was feeling my glutes on that bench for the very first time. it was a life-altering experience!", she told us.

now, by using leg-drive, the 34 year-old has improved her bench one-rep-max by 1kg.

Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
