JANUARY 23, 2019 - Anthony Davis has finally been traded, but it didn't exactly go down like many fans have been speculating. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski has reported that a three way deal between the Grizzlies, Pacers, and Pelicans has been completed, in which the New Orleans Pelicans have sent star big man Anthony Davis to the Indiana Pacers. While all of the details are being finalized by the three teams, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports that the deal will send Anthony Davis to Indiana, Indiana will send Myles Turner and backup center Kyle O'Quinn as well as a future first round pick to the Grizzlies, as well as ship forwards Thaddeus Young and Doug McDermott along with a future first rounder to the Pelicans, and the Grizzlies will send 3x all-star Marc Gasol to the New Orleans Pelicans as well as a future first rounder and a player to later be named. The trade provides star Anthony Davis with the opportunity to make a finals run with most improved player Victor Oladipo after spending his entire career with the Pelicans.

However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
