Opštinski sud u Livnu osudio je na 10 meseci zatvora Roberta Kovljenica (47) rodom iz Bjeljine, Republika Srpska sa trenutnim prebivalištem u Beogradu, opština Voždovac zbog proizvodnje i prometa škodljivih namirnica i obmane kupaca.
On je, kako je navedeno u presudi Veca kojim je predsedavala sudija Darmina Avdic, od pocetka 2010. do januara 2018. godine, u mestu Bosansko Grahovo, opština Livno, u pomocnom objektu u sastavu njegove porodicne kuce, vršio proizvodnju i preradu namirnica praveci od njih neku vrstu meda koji šteti zdravlju ljudi.

Zatim je te proizvode s ciljem obmane kupaca pakovao u tegle na kojima se nisu nalazile etikete sa deklaracijom gde ne postoje podaci o sadržaju, vrsti, poreklu i kvaliltetu proizvoda i onome što se redovno pretpostavlja kod takvih proizvoda. Navedene proizvode je kao livadski med, med borovine, divlje kupine i bagremov med, prodavao kupcima.

Kako je potvrdjeno, iz ove pravosudne institucije, za proizvodnju i stavljanje u promet škodljivih namirnica sud mu je izrekao kaznu od šest meseci, a isto toliko i za obmanu kupaca, što mu je objedinjeno u jednistvenu kaznu.

Osim zatvorske kazne, izrecena mu je i novcana kazna u iznosu od 1.000 KM ( oko 60 hiljada dinara), koju je dužan da isplati u roku od dva meseca od dana pravosnažnosti presude.

Od optuženog su trajno oduzeti predmeti korisceni prilikom izvršenja krivicnog dela kao što su kazani od inoksa, tegle napunjene lažnim medom, plinske boce, sitni šecer, etikete...

Kovljenic se presudom obavezuje da nadoknadi troškove krivicnog postupka u celosti, a visinu ce utvrditi prvostepeni Opštinski sud u Livnu.
Kako saznajemo, on se nije odazvao pozivu na odsluženje zatvorske kazne i za njim je sud raspisao poternicu.
