A civil servant has sued his ex girlfriend, accusing her of financial extortion. According to the complainants statement, the 26 year old woman from Nguluni along Kangundo Road fell pregnant after an alleged rape ordeal in late 2015. The boyfriend agreed to adopt the baby, and would send her more than 20,000 shillings for 27 months to cater for the child. The two moved in together in September last year but the woman moved out two months later after the boyfriend was diagnosed with a life-threatening disease in his stomach. He later discovered that the woman is currently living with the child's real father, sparking doubts about the alleged rape. The man whose name has been withheld for legal reasons wants the court to compel the ex-girlfriend to reimburse all the money he sent her in form of child support since he was misled by the false rape allegation. Mobile money transfer statementa and SMS communication between the two were submitted as evidence. Hearing dates have not been set as the complainant is currently undergoing treatment.

The complainant has submitted a watertight evidence against the lady which includes recorded phone calls, text messages, and recorded face to face conversations which according to him, were recorded with a minute camera hidden inside an earphone. In one of the videos availed to us by the complainant's cousins, who are also his lawyer, the two are seen sitting in a restaurant, with the lady confessing how she was drugged and raped in a Thika club. In another clip, the two are seen seated at ambassador hotel, with the lady heavilly pregnant, discussing the amount he would be sending monthly after the baby's birth.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
