Comisia pentru buget a Senatului a adoptat, mar?i, un amendament potrivit c?ruia militarii, poli?i?tii ?i func?ionarii publici cu statut special, cu vechime de cel pu?in 25 de ani, vor beneficia, la împlinirea vârstei prev?zute de lege, de pensie de serviciu în cuantum de 80 din baza de calcul, fa?? de 65 cum este, în prezent, în OUG 57/2015.
Astfel începând cu 1 Aprilie 2019 se revine la forma ini?ial?!
Senatorii din comisie au adoptat ?i un amendament privind plafonarea pensiei stabilite, recalculat? ?i actualizat? la cuantumul de 100 din baza de calcul. Senatorii au dezb?tut ?i avizat în acest sens proiectul de lege pentru aprobarea ordonan?ei de urgen?? a Guvernului nr. 57/2015 privind salarizarea personalului pl?tit din fonduri publice în anul 2019, prorogarea unor termene, precum ?i unele m?suri fiscal-bugetar, în prezen?a reprezentan?ilor sindicatelor din domeniul ap?r?rii.
Membrii comisiei au decis, astfel, revenirea de la 1 Aprilie 2019 la procentul de 80, cum era în Legea 223/2015 privind pensiile militare de stat, dar au stabilit un plafon pentru aceste pensii. Potrivit celor adoptate de comisie, „militarii, poli?i?tii ?i func?ionarii publici cu statut special, cu vechime cumulat? (…) de cel pu?in 25 de ani, beneficiaz?, la împlinirea vârstei prev?zute de lege, de pensie de serviciu, în cuantum de 80 din baza de calcul”. „Pensia stabilit?, recalculat? ?i actualizat? nu poate dep??i cuantumul de 100 din baza de calcul”, la care se mai adaug? meritul militar dup? caz.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
