Infractorul este deosebit de periculos si violent, ucigand cu sange rece un barbat si o femeie dupa ce le-a lovit de nenumarate cu cutitul. Oamenii legii roaga bucurestenii din zona "Universitate" sa fie atenti, si daca pot furniza informatii despre suspect sa apeleze de urgenta numarul 112 sau sa contacteze cea mai apropiata unitate de politie.
