As he does every April, Kentucky head coach John Calipari spoke to the media at the teams practice facility to discuss the past season and the details of his newly inked deal for life to coach the Kentucky Men’s Basketball team for as long as he wants. Calipari deal is worth upwards of $12 million per season.
As Calipari was in mid sentence, Sophomore Forward PJ Washington came from behind the curtain to shock the media, all of Lexington, and especially Calipari. “Coach, with Mr Barnhart giving you a lifetime deal for your hard work, we wanted to give you something too” Washington said to a clearly shocked Calipari. He continued “We voted and decided that EJ, Ashton, Emmanuel, Tyler, Nick and myself will be returning to play for the university of Kentucky next season.” With that statement, Kentucky becomes the clear cut 1 next season and easy favorite for the 2020 National Title and could be cutting nets in Atlanta in April 2020.
With Washington being a seasoned junior and sophomores Herro, Hagans, Montgomery, and Quickly Kentucky will be a force that could surpass Caliparis 2014-15 Kentucky team that finished a game shy of the 2015 title at 38-1. Calipari currently has the 2 ranked class and is now sitting on top of the world once again. College basketball, here come the Kentucky Wildcats to Altlanta in April 2020.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
