Fortnite the very popular battle royal game would be closing its servers in 2020 due to the server costs of keeping a game up with that many players all at once we asked Darren Sugg for a interview and when he agreed to be interviewed he said:

"you know when we launched fortnite it was a small indie game that not a lot of people heard of but that changed when ninja played it we knew eventually we wont be able to pay for the server costs and not enough people are buying battle passes or vbucks to make up for the costs to keep our servers running" ~Darren Sugg

"so how long do you think you can keep paying for the servers of this ever expanding game?" ~Joseph Williams

"it depends on how fast the game grows but we project that by the end of 2020 we wont be able to afford the server costs and we would have to shut down our servers its a shame to but we really can't keep fortnite for free and afford these server costs we could just make it a pay to play game but that would go against what i wanted the game to be a fun free battle royale game that anyone can play and get into" ~Darren Sugg

"i see so do you think more people would buy battle passes and vbucks to hopefully stop the servers from shutting down at the end of 2020?" ~Joseph Williams

"i can only hope so you know? fortnite is my pride and joy and its also my passion i love the community that plays it and i am thankful for all the community feedback we have got over the years and i sure hope these players can be ready for it to close down fortnite may end but the fond memories i and many other players have of it wont ever end and i sure hope i can support fortnite to the very end and before we close down the servers we would have a grand tournament that is gonna have a prize pool of 100,000,000$ just to have one last fond time of fortnite and for it to end on a good positive note and i sure hope the players enjoy this tournament as much as i would enjoy giving out the millions of dollars to all the really talented players out there" ~Darren Sugg

"alright thank you for your time Darren Sugg" ~Joseph Williams

so there you have it if you want to save fortnite consider buying a battle pass or more vbucks the game is growing and its growing to fast and not enough people are buying battle passes or vbucks to make up for server costs or you could donate to epic games to help support the costs of their servers to stop fortnite from closing its servers for good

this has been Joseph Williams of IGN signing off if you want to support fortnite donate to epic buy battle passes or vbucks or you can just share this story around any amount of support will do thank you and have a good day

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
