Classes in Century High School have helped students learn the basic necessities of life and have helped them achieve their goals. According to former student Emily Vazquez learning French for only two years actually helped her memorize the language. As of now she’s in France trying to figure out how to make conversation with her real estate agent who speaks French. Emily hasn’t managed to land a deal with him since she never learned how to buy a house or pay taxes in high school. Today we see Emily at the corner of a French Pastry shop begging for baguettes.
Moving on, here we have a current student of Century High School Alex Ramirez telling us how most of his classes are made up of AP and college courses. He tells us “I didn’t really get the choice of being in these classes. I just showed up on the first day of class and was given all this workload. Even if I complain to the counselors they just won’t let me change classes.”As of now Alex is going through severe depression, but hey he’s taking all the classes that will make him an excellent choice for colleges.
A huge amount of students managed to graduate and the top student of the year 2019 Alexis Gonzalez was able to tell us more about herself and her major in college. “My name is Alexis Gonzalez and the major I’m interested in at the moment is U.S History. I’ve passed every single AP class that revolves around history and I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to learn more about History in college.”We asked her how exactly History is something everyone should learn throughout their years in high school and her response was, “ I don’t know, maybe I’ll be able to make a time machine and prevent the John F. Kennedy assasination.”. The only bummer about this statement is that she never once took a class that taught her anything about technology and never truly figured out what common sense is.
One of the main clubs in Century High School is the Race team, we were lucky enough to have professional racer Antonio Garcia former student of Century High School who was part of the Race team to tell us a few words about the race team. “The race team was the funnest part of being in High School, I definitely recommend more students to join, who knows, maybe you’ll end up racing like me one day.” The only reason we were lucky enough to get an interview with him was because he was on the side of the freeway having difficulty changing a tire, if we didn’t help him he would have waited two hours for the mechanic.
The last interview we were able to get was with former Centurion Stephanie Hernandez who is now a famous chef. Her establishment is called “Steph's” fine dining restaurant and their specialty is Homemade pizza. We asked Stephanie what was the secret to her famous pizza, she told us, “It’s easy I just buy digiorno pizza from the supermarket and the rest of the food comes out of cans and frozen goods.” We were all surprised to see that her restaurant is still running after all the lawsuits she has on her hands. That’s what we’ll end this report with folks, remember if you want your kids to end up as successful as the students we’ve interviewed make sure to make them join all clubs, get all honors and AP classes and most importantly get a therapist for them!

    whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

    two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
