On Wednesday, July 18th, 2007, Three year old Hannah Schnapp and her family were all together at Aspen Park, in Scarsdale New York, NY when Hannah suddenly disappeared. The family was worried sick, as they looked for everywhere for her, surely, she couldnt have gone far without somebody reporting her themselves. It wasnt until 3:04 PM when the family called the police, demanding a missing persons report. A finalized report wasn't reported across live television until Friday, July 20th, 2007 when Hannah hadn't shown up in over 48 hours.

As the search for Hannah continued, people around eventually started to lose hope. But not the Schnapp family.

"I know my daughter is out there, somewhere. And I'm going to bring her home, I dont - I dont care if people around me believe that she's gone. That she's - she's dead. I'm her mother, and a mother knows if her child is alive. And I know my baby is alive. It's just a matter of time until she - until she's home again." - Karine Schnapp.

Police had closed the case, reporting that Hannah Schnapp was dead, as there had been no recent evidence in her case since March 24th, 2014. It wasnt until two years later, when Noah Schnapp began to rise to fame, staring in the hit TV show, Stranger things.

"I do believe my sister is out there. It's just a matter of time when she's found. My family- we're still a wreck. And I know Chloe - my other sister - and I dont remember much, since we were three, but we remember enough to not give up hope. So if anyone has any information about Hannah, please contact your local authorities. Thank you." -Noah Schnapp, Stranger Things.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
