Some of these billion dollar corporations are looking for a bailout during this pandemic without any judgment. They may never had to experience the feeling of struggle. Now here’s my problem 70 of Americans struggle on a everyday basic. It’s a part of their life. Living paycheck to paycheck just to pay bills. Working to live. Let remember the minimum wage is still 7.25 and it’s 2020. That’s a huge problem. The average one bedroom apartment is 1,300. So you telling me someone making 7.25 should be able to live right? Let’s do some math. 7.25x40= 290.00 which is roughly 1,160 without taxes taken out. So let go back to the part where the rent is 1,300. Your basically making less money than you have to pay in rent. This is without utilities, food, car insurance, etc. Now image having to worry about how you will feed your children. Some people are so quick to jump the gun and make statements like “maybe you should get a better paying job”Well I hate to break it to you,but everyone is not entitled to the same opportunities. We can not be the one’s to judge. The point I’m trying to get across is low-income Americans have been looking for their bailout. I’ve been hearing “Make America Great Again” Not that I entirely agree with that statement. I just feel like we should start with the people!! Whatever happened to ‘We the People’? All I’m saying is give Americans the bailout they have been waiting for because this pandemic may have changed the lives of these billion dollar cooperations this pandemic is a everyday pandemic for the ones struggling. Let’s just try to be humble.Just because your not struggling your neighbor is not.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
