Florida State (14-5,2-4) snaps their four game losing streak after completely dominating Boston College on their own court by a score of 83-53.
A very much needed win for the Seminoles, This helps them get back on the bubble for the NCAA tournament even though it is still long ways ahead.
Starting Senior Center, Nathan Calloway, finished the night with 24 points and 7 rebounds while NBA draft Prospect Guard, Bob Jarrett, puts up 23 points. Starting Senior Forward, Jason Nelson almost finished the night off with a Double-Double as he put up 8 points and 10 rebounds.
Florida State was able to hold The Eagles offense to shooting 32 from the floor (including 18 from deep).
Questions arouse from the sidelines as Freshman Small Forward, Tom Young, did not get the start tonight as he was benched for Freshman Guard, James Wilkinson, who cashed in 7 points and 2 rebounds. Young , who only averages 4 points a game as a starter, was known to be the best defensive player on the Seminoles squad. We do not know yet if he will be out of the starting lineup entirely ,but it sure looks like he has some competition.
Florida State will be traveling back home to take on Georgia Tech (11-7, 3-2).
