The boybander revealed Sunday night that he is suffering from the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Accepting an award for his "Watermelong Sugar" music video during the Premios Juventud 2020, Styles said that he had a "bad" bout of the virus. "At this moment, I'm only hoping for a swift recovery. These have been very difficult days, very complicated. Sometimes we won't think that we'll get it, but I got it and I got it bad," said Styles, speaking in a recorded message from LA, where he is currently filming Don't Worry Darling (currently on hold due to circumstances) Billboard reported. The "Lights Up" singer urged his fans to take the virus seriously. "My message to those that follow me, young fans and people in general is to take care. This isn't a joke. The virus is real and it's dangerous," he said. North-east Worcestershire, England, where Styles is from, has had 422,519 cases of COVID-19, with 76,805 of those in last week, according to data from the New York Times. Styles has previously been candid about his health — and in June penned a personal essay for PEOPLE, in which he opened up about his struggles with anxiety and depression. "Mental health doesn’t care about your age, your race, your background; none of those things. It doesn’t care what you look like, or who you’re dating, or how much money you have in the bank. Of course, it’s different for each of us. But it affects all of us," he wrote. "The truth is, anyone in the world can struggle with their mental health. And yet not everyone is ready to accept this." "When our world is in flux, our mental wellbeing is often one of the first things we neglect. But this should not be the case," he said. "In fact, it’s in times like these that mindfulness can help us most."

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
