Why might your teenager seem lazy or unmotivated? there’s a lot of answers to this question, but in this article we will try to answer them all!

Teenagers are notoriously lazy and unmotivated, it’s something we see way to often and it annoys parents! so with this issue, we have tried to find all possible causes to ‘teen laziness’ and we are trying to solve this. Here’s a list of reasons your teenagers might be lazy.

1 - Screen time.
This is something most parents confuse often.
Most sources say that screen time (tablet, computer or phone/similar devices) are the
Problem. However, multiple studies by the university of Harvard, Yale and other Ivy League.
Schools has proven this not to be the case. Raskij pferd (PhD) says “teens need more screen-
time, as it helps their brain to learn and grow. If a teen does not receive enough
online activities such as video games or social chats (like discord), they can become
unmotivated and ‘lazy’.”

2 - it’s a lot of work!
This comes up far too often, and it is easily overlooked...
I’m sure you have heard this at one point or another, but it is true!
sometimes your son/daughter might be preoccupied with stuff such
managing a minecraft server, looking at his tablet or just watching tv
Dr. Anderson schmit (MD) says “ all these activities are perfectly normal and
you should encourage them! These are all beneficial to your son’s health”.

HONORABLE MENTIONS! “That’s too far!”, “but cookie!” and “MAAA!!”

Please give this article much thought before getting upset with your child again for laziness.
Perhaps your child would perform better if they had more sushi? just a thought.
And with that, I hope you have found new thought upon this subject.
I believe it was an ancient Chinese philosopher who once said “Cade’s word is always best” and “Cookie is better than Molly“.

whale spotted in illinois river A humpback whale was spotted near Morris IL in the Illinois River today. The sighting comes just days after 2 Great White Sharks were seen frolicking in the same area. While not impossible, it does seem unlikely. It is thought that the whale may have followed the sharks as they sometimes do in the wild. The whale would of had to travel over 1250 miles to get to this location. The Marine Biologist Association will be in town for a full investigation. Until we have answers, we are asking folks to keep their pontoons and fishing boats docked.

two great white sharks found swimming in mississippi river near saint louis, missouri. While it is not entirely impossible, it is incredibly uncommon for salt water dwelling creatures to stay for lengthy periods of time in fresh water. However, two Great White Sharks have managed to survive the trip and make their way up the Mississippi River somehow. Believed to have started as a mating couple, the two are assumed to have swam the 920 mile journey from the mouth of the Mississippi River that is connected to the Gulf Of Mexico. Officials in Saint Louis have contacted the Missouri Conservation Department and will likely have a team in the river soon to capture the two lost sharks.
